COVID-19 - HELPING US ALL TO STAY SAFE

 

Amid the developing coronavirus situation, I wanted to take the time to reassure you of
the actions we are taking as a responsible business at this time.

 

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and their families.
As always, our technicians wear a new pair of gloves for each vehicle they work on and
are being encouraged to wash their hands more often and use hand sanitiser frequently.

 

Customers are being offered the use of hand sanitiser when entering the office area and
antibacterial wipes are available to wipe down the payment machine before use.  We have
gloves, antibacterial wipes and steering wheel covers available should customers wish to
make use of these when returning to their cars or using one of our courtesy cars.

 

Any of our team who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been advised to
follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation, and we are
ensuring that they are supported fully during this time.

 

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and
will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our team.
